99-Day Trial & Refund Policy
Take three months. Install it, live with it, and decide properly.
If The Original isn't for you, we'll take it back and refund you in full. Return shipping is on us. No restocking fee, no photographs, no explanation required.
We can be this relaxed about it because almost nobody sends one back.
How it works
You have 99 days from the day your order is delivered.
Email us at support@thebidetclub.com and we'll reply with a prepaid return label. That's the whole process.
Your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return, or of us confirming the return by other means. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Yes, the trial applies to units you've already installed and used. That's rather the point of a trial.
The small print
- The trial covers orders placed directly with us at thebidetclub.com. If you bought through a third-party marketplace or reseller, their returns policy applies, not ours.
- One trial return per household. We're confident, not naive.
- Please keep the box if you can. If it's gone, that's fine — we'd rather have you try the thing than preserve the packaging.
- Gift recipients are covered. The refund goes to the original payment method.
If something arrives damaged or faulty
Email support@thebidetclub.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We'll send a replacement. Don't return the original unless we ask you to — it's rarely worth the postage, and it isn't your problem to solve.
After 30 days, manufacturing faults are covered for life. See our Lifetime Warranty.
Changing or cancelling an order
Orders begin processing quickly, so reach us at support@thebidetclub.com as soon as you can and we'll do our best. Once a parcel has shipped we can't recall it — but the 99-Day Trial means nothing is ever really locked in.
