These terms govern your use of thebidetclub.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Sylla Ecommerce LLC, trading as The Bidet Club ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States and Canada only.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order or receive an order acknowledgement.

We may refuse or cancel an order — including after acknowledgement — where the product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, where there is an error in the listing, or where the order appears to be for resale. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund in full.

3. Pricing and errors

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

We take care with the site, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour the error.

4. The product

The Original is a non-electric bidet attachment. It uses the ambient cold water supply of your bathroom. It does not heat water and does not require electricity.

Product descriptions, dimensions, and images are provided in good faith and as accurately as we can manage. Screens vary; minor differences in colour or finish are not defects.

5. Installation and use

The Original is designed for self-installation on most standard two-piece toilets using the instructions supplied, and typically takes under 10 minutes.

You are responsible for installing it correctly and for confirming it suits your toilet and your plumbing. We are not plumbers and nothing on the site is plumbing advice. If you are unsure — or if your water supply, fittings, or building rules are unusual — engage a qualified professional.

Use the product only as described in the instructions. We are not liable for water damage or other loss arising from incorrect installation, unsuitable plumbing, or use outside the specified water-pressure range.

6. Returns and warranty

The 99-Day Trial and the Lifetime Warranty form part of these terms.

7. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity under it. Tell us promptly at support@thebidetclub.com if you think it's been compromised.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the site unlawfully, don't attempt to interfere with it or gain unauthorised access to it, don't scrape it, and don't use it to transmit anything harmful.

Reviews and other content you submit must be your own and lawful. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the business. We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

The Bidet Club name, logo, product names, site content, photography, and copy belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without written permission.

10. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or rely on services we don't control, including payment and delivery providers. We're not responsible for their content or their conduct.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the Lifetime Warranty, and any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded, the site and the products are provided without further warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Some states and provinces do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. Where that's the case, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the product.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your home state or province gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
